I led the customer-facing launch of the sellers marketplace on Nordstrom's website and app, ensuring clear communication of our expanded inventory options and terms of service. I served as the program lead, coordinating across 10+ internal feature teams to create cohesive messaging and consistent design across user touchpoints including the shopping funnel, returns process, and terms of service.
